RETURN POLICY

We want you to love everything you receive from us, but we understand not everything works out! 

Pickleball Joint will gladly accept merchandise, for return or exchange, in its original condition with tags attached. Merchandise must be accompanied by an invoice. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.

REFUNDS

Returns shipped within 10 DAYS of delivery are eligible for a refund to the original form of payment. Exchanges can also be made during this period.

EXCHANGES/STORE CREDIT

Returns shipped within 11-20 DAYS of delivery are eligible for an exchange or store credit, which is good for one year of use.

We cannot accept any returns after 20 days Item was received.
